There is a very minimal amount of pre work I need from you to get started on this.
After purchase, you’ll be directed to a prework form which outlines what I need.
The strategy portion runs through your customer pain points and your business points of difference. It’s helpful to get this information from you as you know your business best, but I can help you communicate this better.
I’ll also need any style guides, applicable brand documents, logo files, font files and colour codes to design your templates.
If you’re having trouble with the strategy side of your prework, you may like to consider booking a coaching call with me to chat through your offering.
If you’re having trouble with the asset side of your pre-work, for example providing the correct logo files or colour codes, you may need to consider if your brand is robust enough to serve your business needs. Any work around exporting correct brand files, choosing fonts, colours or designing a logo is outside the scope of this engagement. Please take a look at our branding packages if this is an area you need additional support with.

We typically need around two weeks to complete your custom templates from the point of receiving your order and completed pre work (you’ll receive a link to this form after purchasing).
This may be delivered earlier, but this will depend on our current work schedule.
Once the design is complete, we’ll be in touch via email with your files and a link to update instructions (via video).
Not at all! This engagement comes with a recorded video you can access at any time. It’s like a digital handhold!
We’ll show you step by step our recommended process for updating your social tiles, exporting and posting to social media – all from your computer.
No! We’ve tried and tested a number of different programs and landed on a program that is absolutely free. We’re not sure how as it is such a fantastic tool, but we’re rolling with it! We’ll provide download details when sending through your template bundle.
There is an option to add on an Instagram Strategy plan at checkout for an additional $199. This includes:

The content research component includes 10 example captions, which can be used as your first 10 posts. This content can be adapted for other platforms as required (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google My Business etc).
